Alternatives to Violence Project (AVP) Nepal is pleased to announce the T4F (Training for Facilitators) 2026. The training is designed for those who have completed a Basic and Advanced AVP workshops, and wish to deepen training/workshop facilitation skills. This training is the top part of 3 tire AVP workshop sequence. It will train and prepare you to facilitate AVP workshops in Nepal and around the globe. It will use experiential, participatory and learner-centered learning methods. It will apply interactive activities, practical exercises, group process, reflective feedback and fun as learning tools. This way, the training will sharpen your team building skills, explore nonviolent conflict resolution practices, and enhance your ability to manage group dynamics. Overall, the training offers participants an opportunity to learn, practice, reflect, and grow together in a supportive and engaging environment.
